Pixelsilk recognizes that some users have complex messaging needs. Sometimes it's necessary that e-mails arrive on an account hosted at a third-party -- like for your mobile device. We are able to accommodate, however it's important to understand how the role that Pixelsilk plays in your e-mail delivery will change.

If you choose to have your incoming e-mail forwarded to a secondary provider, please consider the following mail flow diagram:

Note: In this alternate arrangement, Pixelsilk will handle only a part of the message delivery process. As a result, we may be unable to provide full support and troubleshooting.
